Hi, I’m Massai 👋🏻

I’m a product designer with 5 years of experience bringing clarity to complex products through rigorous human-centered design. I’ve worked across Fortune 50 companies designing consumer-facing and employee-facing products used by millions, from retail flows to enterprise productivity tools.

My work sits at the intersection of design, technology, and emerging AI. I specialize in agentic and generative AI experiences, and I prototype in code — which means I can move from concept to working interaction without waiting on a handoff. I’m especially drawn to the hard problems: systems that need to scale, workflows that need to simplify, and products where getting it wrong actually costs people something.

When I’m not designing, I’m probably watching a science-fiction film, training, or working through ideas in French.
